As Communications Planning Director, you will take the lead in developing the media and communications strategies. You will implement EssenceMediacom’s communications planning process and will apply EssenceMediacom’s proprietary tools, systems, and research data in effectively addressing the brand objectives and requirements.
You will work under the supervision of the Managing Partner and will work together with Communications Planner/s in the preparation of client’s requirements and other agency deliverables.

At least 7 years of work experience with at least 1 year managing 1-2 junior staff in a media agency or marketing/advertising/research-related field
