JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are hiring a Logistics Global Specialist to support our partners expansion from a logistics perspective, making sure they have the adequate capabilities to expand and assure customer satisfaction.

We are hiring a Logistics Specialist who is responsible for implementing logistics capabilities in our partners, training them and understanding their needs and different scenarios. This person will give visibility of logistics kpis to our partners, supporting them with their plans to improve results, ensuring customer satisfaction.

A successful Logistics Specialist is someone who has a thirst for knowledge, the ability to learn quickly, interpersonal skills for dealing with cross-functional teams and a genuine interest in helping customers thrive. Must have analytical skills to understand data and be results oriented to turn analysis into actions.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support and train partners in the implementation of logistics solutions.
  • Measure and monitor success KPIs for logistics such as OTIF, Deliver NPS, Rate My Deliver and Order Status.
  • Suggest and define action plans together with partners to improve their performance. 
  • Lead follow up routines with partners.
  • Negotiate & communicate with different global stakeholders – other BEES structure and Partners.
  • Develop or update documentation regarding processes and capabilities when necessary. For example, Logistics Confluence and Business Transformation Guide.
  • Map and understand the logistics strategy used in partners and its wholesalers, for example delivery dates handling.   

 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES

  • Knowledge in logistics is expected, especially last mile.
  • Good analytics capacity and common sense. 
  • Customer centric mindset.
  • Results oriented, agile and problem solving.
  • Location: São Paulo.
  • High proficiency in English (Fluent) and Spanish (Fluent).
