Which skills you should bring to the pitch:

Qualifications. Bachelors’ degree in Sustainability Management, Environmental Management or equivalent qualification.

Experience. At least 3 years on the field in sustainability management, and experience in submitting Science-Based targets and achieving certification.

Technical Mastery.
- Mastery of ESRS, GRI, and other reporting standards to stay compliant.
- Skilled in GHG Protocol, IPCC, and country-specific databases—know your carbon footprint stats like a match-day analyst.
- Experienced in submitting Science-Based Targets and achieving certifications.
- Familiar with heavyweights like Ecovadis and S&P Global—your team’s sustainability ratings are in good hands.
