Schuberg Philis is looking for an ERP Specialist who will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring and optimizing ERP systems, particularly AFAS, within our organization. While AFAS expertise is beneficial, we value a broad understanding of ERP systems and the ability to adapt and integrate various processes. 

About your role 

As ERP Specialist, you will be part of our Finance team, from which you will play a central role collaborating with various other teams such as Services, Recruitment and People.  

These are your core responsibilities:  

• ERP implementation & optimization: the implementation, configuration and optimization of AFAS (f.e. Profit, Insite, Outsite) 
• Workflow management: design and manage workflows and processes  to ensure seamless operations across our IT landscape 
• Project Management: initiate, lead and manage ERP-related projects whilst ensuring timely delivery and alignment with our business goals 
• Stakeholder Management: collaborate closely with various teams and stakeholders to understand and meet their needs in AFAS 
• Integration and Interfacing: ensure smooth integration of AFAS with other software, maintaining data consistency and integrity 
• Training & Support: provide functional application management and train end users on the effective use of our systems 

About your profile 

You will be able to make the biggest impact in this role if you have the following qualifications: 

• Proven experience in implementing ERP systems within a broader landscape, where AFAS expertise is beneficial but not a hard requirement 
• Strong background with ERP systems, with expertise in integration (low code / no code is a plus) 
• Having a realistic approach and view of what can be achieved with AFAS 
• Experience with system integrations and ensuring data lives in one place (single source of truth) 
• Demonstrated ability in project management and handling change management in ERP implementations
