The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA project. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective management of a company-wide SAP green-field transformation project. Your role will involve taking ownership and managing the end-to-end planning and delivery process, from project initiation to completion, while ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for utilizing SDLC and project management tools, implementing hybrid project delivery methodologies, and effectively managing teams.
Requirements:
- Project management certificates;
- Experience in developing financial systems;
- English - intermediate level;
- Understanding of the Accelerated SAP methodology, SAP Activate, at least one successfully implemented project on the implementation of SAP systems;
- Excellent analytical skills, skills to negotiate and solve complex issues;
- Deep knowledge and practical experience in Agile and PLC methodologies;
- Deep understanding of the software development life cycle;
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams;
- Experience in managing SAP solution implementation projects, including technical upgrade projects.
Responsibility:
- Managing all aspects of a software development project, including defining project scope and strategic requirements, road map planning, budgeting, design, development, testing;
- Balancing between established business requirements, milestones, project goals, stated deadlines and implementation costs;
- Ensuring the implementation of the project strategy; making management decisions to achieve a timely and high-quality project result;
- Lead and manage project groups (own, other related groups, external partners involved in the project) and ensure operational efficiency;
- Organize information exchange between project groups to update status, determine priorities, manage changes, risks and issues;
- Creation and management of collaboration channels between the project team, key business users, stakeholders, representatives and involved specialists of IT departments;
- Anticipate, monitor, and satisfy the needs, interests, and requests of project stakeholders, as well as provide transparent, regular, and accurate updates and reports on project progress;
- Be responsible for project results to stakeholders at any point.
