Responsibilities
Duties will include reconciling and balancing all reporting on behalf of the 120+ clients utilizing the service. Additional duties may include generating revenue and invoicing reports, printing of forms and distribution printed forms back to the clients.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience a plus
- Proficiency with computers and contemporary online applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Effective decision making and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills.
