ERP Pro Tax Service Assistant - Temp

Responsibilities

Duties will include reconciling and balancing all reporting on behalf of the 120+ clients utilizing the service. Additional duties may include generating revenue and invoicing reports, printing of forms and distribution printed forms back to the clients. 

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Proficiency with computers and contemporary online applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective decision making and problem solving skills 
  • Strong organizational skills.
