About the team
In the Business Services & Automation department, we focus on providing Allegro and its affiliates with IT services automating business processes, and enabling Allegro employees with easy-to-use, state-of-the-art technologies. We care about their satisfaction with IT services and tools we provide.

The team manages 100+ IT services for 7k+ employees in Poland and CEE. We use proven technologies supporting back office processes (e.g. Salesforce, Google Workspace, SAP, MS D365, Cognos, Genesys, Smartrecruiters, Slack, Zoom, UiPath, ServiceNow and many more). We manage workstations, printers, and mobile devices and are the first line of IT support.

We are looking for an experienced ERP manager who can reinforce our Retail Tech team (11 people) and help us realize strategic projects and assure support and maintenance related to ERP/WMS solutions.


We are looking for people who:

  • Have managed, created or implemented IT solutions for Retail business using ERP / WMS technologies (e.g. SAP, Microsoft DAX, Epicor, Oracle); both cloud and on-premise
  • Have practical knowledge of business processes in retail companies. Understand challenges and technical solutions automating and streamlining people's work in this area.
  • Have experience in communication and cooperation with internal/external customers, ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
  • Have practical knowledge of system integration particularly MS DAX, SAP, Active Directory or integration with microservices.
  • Have 3+ years experience as a people manager.
  • Are able to apply good practices of ITIL, understand IT Service Management related processes (eg. change management, access management, incident management etc) 
  • Know English and Czech at C1 level

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:

  • Implement and co-create the strategy for IT solutions/services/products in the retail back office area. 
  • Execute and supervise projects and improvements of back office processes supported by technological solutions in allegro.eu group
  • Take care of development, maintenance, and ensuring appropriate SLA for subordinate IT services for internal customers (7k+ users)
  • Manage the SAP devops team of business application specialists, software engineers and administrators.
  • Have a high level of autonomy in organizing the work of the team
  • Develop competencies of team members
  • Take full responsibility for the development of your area and products
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders: Commerce, HR, Finance, Controlling, Purchasing
  • Manage priorities in relation to strategic initiatives - ensure delivery of measurable value in subordinate services and products
  • Manage expenses and plan budgets
  • Manage IT contracts and vendor relations (in subordinate area)
  • Prepare reports/materials for the management board, board of directors, and senior managers about results, proposed actions, solutions, and their roadmaps
