What you will do
In this role, you will own the end to end implementation of ERP across value chain.
Responsibilities
• Overseeing planning, deployment and integration of ERP system within timeline
• Managing change across the organization to ensure successful adoption of the new system
• Communicating with management on schedules, delays and work changes for ERP projects
• Responsible for the systems rollout and preparing reporting packages for the leadership team
• Tracking, analysing and resolving issues with ERP system
• Training users & championing new system
The ideal candidate requires
• Relevant experience with ERP implementation & change management with 6 years is needed
• Experience in managing org wide programs & projects
• Managing stakeholders across diverse functions
• Structured problem-solving, detail orientation, and customer-first attitude
