The role 

Our client is an innovative technology firm where they focus on a variety of cutting-edge technologies. Various revolutionary technology projects help to build a safer, happier and more sustainable world. We are looking for a PMO to be part of our client’s journey in Nagaoka, Niigata prefecture.  

Responsibilities 

• Collaborating closely with Project Manager and Project Lead to define, prioritize, and develop projects. 

• Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritising tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables. 

• Providing benchmark reports and budget outlines to Executives. 

• Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables. 

• Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation. 

• Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification. 

Profile 

Mandatory 

• 3+ years of experience as PMO  

• Experience in Embedded Software development, MHI development, Graphics development, IVI or Cluster meter development projects  

• Fluent in Japanese (N1 or above) 

• General use and knowledge of MicroSoft office tools 

• Good written and verbal communication skills 

• Strong attention to details and technicalities 

• Excellent organizational and technical skills 

• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills 

Preferred 

• A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification would be advantageous
