Tokyo (Hachioji)
Remote work is allowed depending on the work volume (1-2 days a week)
The role
Reporting directly to the Onsite Manager and client Project manager. In charge of onsite day to day activities including daily calls with client and offshore team.

Responsibilities
Requirement gathering by discussing with client team
Requirement elicitation with the support of existing onsite team and offshore team
Understand the design (SW/HW/ME/VnV) from Capgemini onsite and offshore teams and make proactive suggestions to it
Any improvements required, discuss the same with customer and share the feedback with onsite / offshore team
Involve in project planning, monitor the progress regularly (schedule, risks, quality, etc...)
Ensuring that the deliverables are reaching customer on time with expected quality
Reporting to client management and Capgemini delivery management team on regular basis
Profile
To fulfil the role, we are looking for talented candidates with the following profile:
Mandatory
Must have min. 3years experience of working with Japanese client.
Japanese language: Business level: Must be able to read, write, translate and communicate fluently.
English language: Business level: Ability to communicate to on-site team.
Must be able to work at on-site/client location.
Experience: 4 ~ 7 Years
Preferred
Experience / Knowledge of working on product EMI/EMC (Compliance testing) is preferred
Experience / Knowledge of working on product V&V testing is preferred
Experience / knowledge in medical domain is preferred
Experience in supporting the business growth by working closely with customer
