The role
Our client is an innovative technology firm where they focus on a variety of cutting-edge technologies. Various revolutionary technology projects help to build a safer, happier and more sustainable world. We are looking for a MES Engineer to be part of our client’s journey.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be required to provide consultation and engineering service to the execution phase of the projects
Work effectively at different levels to define business needs
Develop detailed designs, implement and test complex solutions using both custom developed software applications and configured products that meet client requirement and create technical documentation
Working with customers on system troubleshooting to fix errors, adapt it to customer requirements, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces
Profile
Mandatory
More than 3 years of IT experience including 2 years of development experience
Experience in GE Proficy MES/SCADA is preferable
Experience in programming in any scripting languages
Database administration or design
Ability to work in an agile, team-oriented, and collaborative environment
Fluent in Japanese, Business level in English
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems or related major
