Business Analyst will interact with various other key stakeholders including middle office, legal, compliance, data management, and tax teams to ensure an integrated approach is designed.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial and operating information to develop data to answer the questions that are being asked by the department leaders, affiliated dental groups, and business units.
- Participate and lead planning and development sessions to identify data that is required to complete analysis to answer the posed business question(s).
- Processes and procedures both across and within the mortgage servicing team
- Develop a streamlined process flow based off of both technology and industry expertise
- Document the business need in a variety of formats: Business Requirements Document (BRD), Data Mapping Spreadsheets, Use Cases and User Stories.
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree
- 0-1 year of experience
- Responsible, dependable, quick learner
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technology
