A Business Analyst will evaluate opportunities to further leverage upstream and downstream systems, The BA will interact with various other key stakeholders including middle office, legal, compliance, data management, and tax teams to ensure an integrated approach is designed.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a detailed analysis of the utilization and benefit of mortgage servicing technology platform and provide recommendation on key areas to further leverage within the system
- Coordinate necessary resources (internal and external) relating to planning and execution of the project.
- Main point of communication between technical team members and end-users to analyze and assess requirements to ensure solutions meet business needs and expectations.
- Develop a streamlined process flow based off of both technology and industry expertise
- Bachelors or Masters Degree
- 0-1 year of experience
- Responsible, dependable, quick learner
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technology
