A Business Analyst will monitor key metrics used to determine trends that will impact customers, act as an escalation point for customer issues and concerns, and work with product/development in evaluating defect priorities that impact customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project scope, schedule, and requirements; and generate technical documents for developers to execute
- Act as professional liaison between executive project management and development team
- Generate cost/benefit analyses and business impact analyses for executive leadership
- Responsibly set up and host regular conference meetings between relevant developer and project management teams to keep projects on track and within budget
- Bachelors or Masters Degree
- 0-1 year of experience
- Strong analytical skills, work ethic, independence, problem solving ability, effective communication skills, and over-all positive attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
