POSITION SUMMARY
As a Senior Product Manager & Entrepreneur in Residence for New Products at EarnIn, you'll help bring our mission to life - reinventing the financial system and helping our community members get to a better place financially. You will be responsible for scaling our core product as well as building the next set of product innovations and features to drive the growth of our business. You’ll need to employ everything in your product toolkit to architect the product strategy, constantly discover new insights, and drive forward on execution. The team is looking for someone with strong 0-1 product development or technical experience who is naturally curious, able to dive deep, and passionate about marketing incredible products. This is a great role for someone looking to move into or expand their experience, in product space in startups.
This is Palo Alto-based and will require hybrid work from our headquarters every week with about 3 days a week in the office. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $184,500 - $225,500 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
