The APAC Solution Delivery team is a customer facing technical arm for the field sales team interfacing with enterprise customers and internal product and engineering teams. We are a customer-centric team developing innovative solutions for our customers by bringing our business and technical skills together. We are looking for a motivated technologist who is passionate about establishing innovative technologies in today's industries.
- Work along-side account representatives and clearly communicate TeamViewer’s value proposition for enterprise use cases
- Deliver demonstrations of TeamViewer software solutions to customers and conduct training courses to our partners
- Conduct discovery of the customer's existing technical landscape with a keen eye to uncover their pain points, understand their requirements and propose solutions and services solving their needs
- Review and discuss solution’s technical architectures with customers and be their trusted technical advisor offering deep product expertise
- Prepare responses to questionnaires and tenders from customers, working closely with TeamViewer's product and engineering teams
- Work with Customer Success Managers to properly scope requirements and schedules in proposals to clients
- Represent TeamViewer at international events
- Work with our project engineering team to develop level-of-effort estimates to tailor deployments and meet customer requirements
- Attend webinars and trade shows to showcase TeamViewer’s Augmented Reality solutions
- Degree in computer science, information systems, applied computer science or a similar education in an IT related field or equivalent work experience in similar role
- Minimum 5 years' of work experience in technical selling such as Solutions Architect, Technical Support/IT administration role, Pre-sales Engineer role or Technical Product Manager role
- Expert knowledge in at least few of the following: SAML, scripting, networking, operating systems, security protocols, cloud computing, active directory, virtualization, project and process management
- Working knowledge of various application programming interface (API) and integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, GraphQL, FTP/SFTP, JDBC, XML, JSON
- Advanced troubleshooting techniques within SaaS environment
- Working knowledge of mobile devices (iOS and Android) and smart glasses (Vuzix, RealWear, Google, Microsoft etc.)
- Previous experience integrating with large enterprise IT systems
- Aspiration to constantly enhance and learn about new technologies and concepts - You’ll be naturally inquisitive and have a passion for technology
- Motivated to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (business-level English and Chinese, both oral and written)
- Open to travelling at least 30% of the time
- Contract location is Singapore
