Bazaarvoice is looking for a talented Sales Director with a passion for working with enterprise CPG clients to join our Content and Creators sales team (C&C). As part of the C&C team, you will be responsible for growing investments and selling our C&C solutions into a named territory for an assigned list of house of brand customers. These solutions include programs to sample products to consumers and creators, driving incentivized ratings & reviews and social media posts for brands.

What you will be doing:
- Build and nurture relationships at every level within enterprise organizations with an emphasis on brand management, e-commerce, social, and procurement.
- Strategically prospect for new opportunities and to drive engagement at the customer’s executive level.
- Drive conversational discovery with the customer in order to reveal pains and requirements.
- Drive revenue growth in your territory by partnering with customers to develop a best-in-class UGC and creators strategy.
- Utilize sales processes and tools to manage your book of business, prospecting targets and provide timely and accurate forecasts.
- Collaborate closely with your internal account team to holistically serve Bazaarvoice’s enterprise clients; including overseeing and coordinating regional teams within global accounts.
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue quotas.
- Travel within the assigned territory for client meetings.
Necessary Skills and Experience:
- Enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of driving growth in top CPG accounts.
- Strong prospecting skills to drive a successful land and expand cross sell strategy.
- Experience in strategic value-selling to marketing executives and the C-suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to conduct formal presentations & one-on-one meetings, especially to senior-level executives.
- Creative thinker and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong understanding of typical enterprise buying cycles and processes.
- Collaborative team player - ability to gain trust of internal partners to problem-solve and progress account vision.
