Enterprise Risk Officer

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Enterprise Risk Officer to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will help shape the organisation’s risk management framework that aligns with both operational and strategic goals. You will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various domains. Working closely with senior leadership, you will proactively address potential threats by ensuring that risk mitigation strategies are integrated into the organisation’s decision-making processes.

• Assist the Senior Enterprise Risk Manager in maintaining and updating the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments: 
• Responsible for identifying and analysing different entity-wide risks.
• Evaluate the controls to ensure they mitigate the identified risks.
• Recommend risk mitigation strategies to internal stakeholders and monitor till completion.
• Continuously monitor and update the organisation’s risk register.
• Assist in preparing risk reports for senior leadership and relevant stakeholders, providing actionable insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Assist in providing risk management training to the relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that the Risk function appropriately complies with the applicable regulations in which the business operates.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Senior Enterprise Risk Manager. 

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Work experience in the iGaming sector.
• Familiarity with GRC management software.
• Professional certifications in Risk Management (such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or Financial Risk Manager (FRM)).
• Demonstrate experience and knowledge of risk management principles and practices.  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
• Ability to listen actively and to work on one’s initiative as necessary.
• Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
