THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Enterprise MF Risk - Risk Management - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Assist team with oversight of Multifamily Lenders and Sponsors
  • Review the financial statements of Multifamily seller and servicer and sponsor counterparties to opine on their overall creditworthiness
  • Complete written risk reviews and technical analysis of counterparties with clear recommendations and well-supported rationale
  • Perform periodic file reviews and document conclusions and recommendations to mitigate risk
  • Present findings and/or conclusions of analysis to key stakeholders and senior management in thoughtful and persuasive manner
  • Partner with the Multifamily to carry out business strategies that will drive success and ensure safety and soundness in the face of shifting market conditions and regulations
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and contribute towards projects and initiatives that align with the company’s goals and strategies

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 2 years
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Prior experience performing financial and trend analysis and reporting findings
  • Prior experience with counterparty credit risk, loan quality analysis, or risk assessment and risk management
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Advanced Excel

Desired Experiences

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Experience analyzing company financial data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
  • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
  • Multifamily and/or GSE experience
  • Ability to work with individuals having different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively while working toward a common goal
  • Skilled in business intelligence tools such as Tableau
