Enterprise Client Service Senior Associate

We are seeking a driven, hard-working Senior Associate to join the Client Service Enterprise Home Office team to help service the company’s rapidly growing client base. A successful candidate will be a highly collaborative team player who is eager to provide white-glove service. This individual will work cross-functionally with multiple CAIS teams to streamline and improve existing processes. Responsibilities: 

  • Build and maintain relationships with National and Regional Enterprise accounts and their Home Office contacts 
  • Drive successful client outcomes by assisting new and existing enterprise clients through active communication by processing client requests, and providing guidance throughout the transaction process (Pre-Trade, Trade, and Post Trade) 
  • Serve as the main point of contact to facilitate trades throughout the transaction process by supporting clients with subscription documents, transfers, capital calls, AML/KYC, redemptions, managing fund closings, and attending to other ad hoc requests
  • Develop expertise on the CAIS platform, custom solutions, and all CAIS investment products 
  • Liaise with Enterprise, Marketing, Research, and Product regarding new fund launch details and CAIS platform enhancements 
  • Host demonstrations of new platform features and workflows for new clients 
  • Communicate Fund updates and nuances to Home Offices ahead of wider network communication 
  • Maintain, circulate, and file detailed notes including next steps/follow-ups during client calls 
  • Build excellent working relationships across multiple lines of business and corporate functions including Enterprise, Research, Marketing, Product Specialists, Operations, and Technology to enhance client experience 
  • Develop new processes to further automate client workflows and create a seamless experience 
  • Additional responsibilities will be determined based on capacity, skill, and interest 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or a related discipline 
  • 4+ years of client service, product management or investment operations experience at a fund or financial services firm 
  • Experience in alternative investments required 
  • Strong client service orientation with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities 
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM programs 
  • Exemplary oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • FINRA Registrations Series 7, 63 required within 6 months of hire

CAIS’ compensation package includes a market competitive salary, a performance bonus, and exceptional benefits. If you are located in New York, New York, the base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
