Outcomes

Win New Businesses 

  • Leverage on existing relationships and network
  • Create and nurture new relationships through cold calls, meetings, etc
  • Identify verticals where Xendit can play to win
  • Hunt and win new accounts for Xendit and grow our business 2x in a year

Generate Revenue

  • Evaluate leads for alignment with strategic objectives and revenue potential
  • Actively communicate with leads to determine needs and solutions
  • Match qualified leads with the right sales rep to close deal

Minimum Qualifications

  • You love meeting people and are willing to do anything it takes to make a sale, including meeting customers, attending conferences/seminars, etc.
  • You have had consistent success in different sales roles and have a proven consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota
  • Independent and have strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills to thrive in a start-up or high growth culture.
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships effortlessly
  • Data-driven - you rely on data to make decisions and you expect the same from everyone else

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have 5+ years of consultative sales experience in a technology environment selling complex solutions to businesses, preferably in SaaS, Fintech, Banking or financial institution
