As an Enterprise Architect Engineer your mission will be to align Santander business strategy and plans with technology, making sure that the business goals are aligned with its technical aspects.
What will you be doing?
- Be able to talk to both technical experts and stakeholders, applying a holistic approach to create a solution that will help our organization achieve its goals.
- Complete understanding of which technology capabilities are needed.
- Define the way in which an application is designed converting business requirements and logical models into a technical application design (business platform architectures, APIs, etc.)
What are we looking for?
- + 4 years’ experience as an Enterprise Architect, ideally on Agile
- Knowledge and ability to design and improve organizational IT structures to support business operations better
- Knowledge and ability to develop and modify enterprise architecture through conceptual, logical and physical approaches
- Knowledge and ability to analyze IT status and design migration paths/plans to meet the future IT needs
- Knowledge about tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis
- Ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project
- Methods and tools to develop a blueprint for the future state of IT, ability to develop the roadmap of it, aligning the architecture and processes with business strategies and objectives
