Enterprise Applications Manager - Wholesale and ERP Systems
Location: Secaucus, NJ (Hybrid - Minimum 3 days in office)
Position Overview: As the Enterprise Applications Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting our Blue Cherry Infinity ERP, Blue Cherry Classic AWS (warehouse software), Skypad, NuOrder, and Joor systems. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our enterprise applications, supporting our wholesale operations and enhancing overall efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- System Support & Management:
- Provide expert-level support for Blue Cherry Infinity ERP and Blue Cherry Classic AWS.
- Manage and support Skypad, NuOrder, and Joor systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Handle system modification requests and ensure they meet business requirements.
- EDI Management:
- Oversee Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes to ensure accurate and timely data exchanges.
- Collaborate with trading partners and internal teams to resolve EDI-related issues.
- Reporting & Data Management:
- Gather and define reporting requirements from various departments.
- Work closely with the Data Warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely production of reports.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage projects related to system enhancements, upgrades, and implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and process optimizations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ERP and wholesale systems.
Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in managing and supporting ERP systems, specifically Blue Cherry components.
- Proven experience with Blue Cherry Infinity ERP and Blue Cherry Classic AWS is mandatory.
- Experience with Skypad, NuOrder, and Joor is highly preferred.
- Strong background in EDI processes and management.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Benefits:
- $130,000 - $150,000 base salary (This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this NJ - based position.
