We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Talent Solutions Business in showcasing LinkedIn as the go-to solutions to help clients to plan, hire and develop talents effectively.
You will be responsible for tapping into potential client opportunities and generating new business for the Indonesia market. Through prospecting and building pipelines, you will help customers understand the value of our solutions to help them achieve their talent agendas. You will be instrumental in driving the overall success of our Talent and Learning solutions in the Enterprise sector for the Indonesia market.
Responsibilities
- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong relationship with prospects
- Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory with market and competitor awareness
- Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
- Serve as a strategic partner and expert on LinkedIn’s Talent product offerings to drive solutions to customer problems.
- Report and forecast sales activity
- Generate revenue and hit your sales quota
- Invest in colleagues and act as a coach & mentor
- Work to develop and circulate the set of best practices that will be the foundation of this team.
- Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams.
- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives.
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales roles
- Business communication fluency in Bahasa Indonesia in order to service clients in Indonesia
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling into the Indonesia market strongly preferred.
- Experience with recruiting, recruitment media, HR software or SaaS
- Experience selling IT or recruiting solutions
- Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions
- Ability to negotiate and forecast accurately
- Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment
- Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
- Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors
