Exciting Developments in Australia and New Zealand

Procore is enhancing its services in the ANZ region with the introduction of a new Data Zone in New Zealand and an Application Zone in Australia, both coming in 2025. Customers will benefit from greater control over their data, application hosting location, and a more seamless experience when managing construction projects. These enhancements reflect our ongoing commitment to providing a consistent and reliable platform for data storage and application processing experience here in the ANZ region.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our expanding team in the ANZ region. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive growth and shape the future of construction technology in Australia and New Zealand. Your responsibilities will include increasing adoption of Procore's solutions, expanding market penetration across top enterprise accounts, and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop prospecting plans for territory development to build rapport and create opportunities
  • Networking, relationship building, cold calling, lead follow-up through emails, product demonstrations, and execution of service agreements
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients in the ANZ region.
  • Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand Procore's solutions within existing accounts and new prospects.
  • Leverage your understanding of construction processes to align Procore's offerings with clients' specific needs.
  • Serve as a trusted adviser by understanding clients' business objectives and demonstrating how Procore's technology can achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer success and influence product enhancements.
  • Provide regular forecasts and updates on account status, growth metrics, and market trends in the ANZ region.
  • Pursue an increased knowledge of key competitors to communicate our value proposition to customers effectively

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years in technology sales or business development, preferably with experience in SaaS solutions for the construction industry in large Enterprise clients
  • Strong understanding of construction industry practices, workflows, and technology adoption in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a passion for innovation in construction technology.
