DESCRIPTION

As Enterprise Account Executive, you will lead the sales process with enterprise wealth management firms including RIAs, Hybrid RIAs, Independent broker-dealers, and Regional broker-dealers with between 100 and 1,000 financial advisors. You will be in a high-impact role with C-level visibility, tasked with helping our company sign this entire segment so that the millions of end-clients served by its financial advisors can benefit from professional management in their 401(k) accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Play the lead role in managing a pipeline of enterprise wealth management, handling the full sales cycle from initial conversation through negotiation and close
  • Map the buyers of your prospects. Understand their goals, plans, timeline, organizational structures, and personal motivations
  • Leverage and lead cross-functional teams within Pontera to deliver best-in-class presentations to C-level buyers at our prospects, tailored specifically their unique needs and priorities
  • Strive to continuously improve your sales process, demonstrating a willingness to test, learn, and implement best practices

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated track record of top performance
  • 5-10 years of professional experience negotiating and closing complex multi-stakeholder deals
  • Vertical experience in WealthTech, Retirement Tech, Wealth Management, or SaaS
  • World-class communicator with a demonstrated ability to effectively interact directly with C-level audiences at Fortune 100 financial institutions (verbal, written, presentation)
  • High IQ. Capable of facing off autonomously with a variety of buyer profiles ranging from Chief Executive Officers, Chief Compliance Officers, and Head of Wealth Management
  • Excellent relationship builder, capable of winning buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
  • A good person. Someone who wants what is best for the team, cares about their clients, and will be a friend, mentor and coach to teammates at Pontera
  • Highly collaborative, organized, and process-driven
  • Self-starter with ability to work in fast paced, changing environment
  • A sense of urgency and professional persistence, capable of bringing deals to a close
  • Bonus Points 
    • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Monday.com, Tableau
    • Having developed professional skills in an analyst program (Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Wealth Management)
