At LinkedIn, we trust each other to do our best work where it works best for us and our teams. This role offers a hybrid work option, meaning you can both work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what’s best for you and when it is important for your team to be together. This role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.
We are living through a moment of change unlike anything we’ve seen before in the history of work. Business leaders are rethinking their entire working models, cultures and company values. At the same time, employees are rethinking not just how they work, but why, looking for opportunities that best match their needs—whether that’s greater flexibility, better pay or deeper fulfillment. At the core of it all is the beginnings of a new, more dynamic relationship between employers and employees.
LinkedIn’s team of Learning Account Executives are helping organisations prepare for the future of work by addressing skill gaps across their organisations, increasing employee engagement and boosting retention. A key tool to enable this is LinkedIn Learning: a skill-building platform that engages learners through quality content by industry experts designed to help transform their careers.
We are looking for a LinkedIn Learning Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in growing our footprint in the ANZ market. You will be collaborating with internal Account Directors who have existing relationships with companies who already partner with LinkedIn to help them attract and hire great talent. You will be brought in to help connect the dots between hiring and retaining talent through career development. You will strategically approach target companies and teams, identify the best technology options and sell corporate solutions for eLearning. Although you strive to meet and exceed quota, you will always act in the best interest of the client. This team works on some of the most complex and strategic learning deals across the organisation and there has never been a better time to be a part of the story that shapes LinkedIn’s future.
