Enterprise Account Director, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Director to join our Marketing Solutions Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG) in showcasing LinkedIn as the premier place for brands to market to the world’s professionals.  

You will be responsible for developing and delivering a sales strategy while motivating a cross functional team that will assist in hitting growth targets by expanding our customer base. You will do this by providing digital marketing strategy to our enterprise clients across different domains and industries, helping them to reach their business and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities  

  • Build strong relationships with multiple business units and stakeholders within Enterprise level clients and their marketing and media agency partners    
  • Conceive, pitch and close creative and effective full funnel marketing solutions    
  • Ability to closely monitor and report on auction-based digital media campaigns    
  • Proactively provide intelligent client and industry-specific research, trends and analytics    
  • Interact and collaborate across our global footprint of offices and cross functional partners   
  • Project manage your book of business’s digital advertising ecosystem - client, media agency, content agency, tech integration partners etc    
  • Report and forecast sales activity    
  • Generate revenue and hit your sales quota    

Basic Qualifications  

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise sales or advertising/media sales 
  • Business communication fluency both in Japanese and English for written and verbal to work with regional and global team   

 Preferred Qualifications  

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business or related field   
  • Experience selling media in Japan Market   
  • Strong and Deep relationship builder both with clients and agencies by understanding customer’s business and objectives well   
  • Experience building relationships with top decision makers (C-suite, VP's, Directors) - experience selling to CMO's and media agencies would be a plus  
  • Experience selling digital marketing solutions, SaaS or other marketing platforms  
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close high-level business deals via consultative and competitive selling  
  • Data driven storyteller - experience of leveraging data insights to engage clients  
  • Strong understanding and/or experience of the media agency landscape would be a plus  
  • Proactive approach for value management and co-creations of holistic solutions with our teams, partners and customers.
