The Role:
The Enrollment Marketing Associate will provide critical support across the Growth and Engagement (G&E) team functions, with a primary focus on supporting Enrollment Marketing within the G&E team. This role will support various campaigns and other initiatives that accelerate member enrollment and engagement across a number of channels like webinars, content (e.g. landing pages), direct mail, email, and more. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of communication assets provided to SMB/MM employer customers to share with eligible employees in order to drive awareness of the Carrot benefit. Candidates should have stellar project management skills, out-of-this-world attention to detail, a go-getter and flexible mindset, and a passion for health and technology.
The Team:
The Growth and Engagement team consists of high performers dedicated to ensuring eligible lives are aware of the Carrot benefit, how to enroll, and how to maximize its value to drive sustainable and predictable engagement, retention, revenue, and clinical outcomes. This role will report to Carrot’s Sr Enrollment Marketing Manager, with close collaboration with Carrot’s Customer Success, Marketing Operations, and Marketing teams.

The starting base salary for this position will range from $85,000-$95,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
