At Rocketship Public Schools, we believe in the infinite possibility of human potential. We believe that every student deserves the right to dream, to discover, and to develop their unique potential. And it is our responsibility and our privilege to unleash the potential inside every Rocketeer we serve. Our non-profit network of public elementary charter schools propels student achievement, develops exceptional educators, and partners with parents who enable high-quality public schools to thrive in their community. We are a collective of parents, teachers, leaders, and students working together to transform the future for underserved communities across our country. Art Enrichment Coordinator (On a Cart!)
Are you ready to inspire young minds through art? As the Art Enrichment Coordinator, you’ll bring creativity right to K-5 classrooms, leading engaging, hands-on art activities in 45-minute sessions. Rather than being limited to a single classroom, you’ll have the unique opportunity to roll through the school, bringing art directly to students in various spaces and fostering a love for creative exploration across our entire campus!
We’re looking for an educator who can bring our art program to life and lead initiatives across our school community to weave art into our school culture. There’s tremendous room for initiative and creative ideas to enhance our art program, making a lasting impact through interactive projects and school-wide art events.
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building a vibrant school culture. You’ll craft and implement a high-quality scope and sequence for art instruction, working independently or with curriculum support. Every week, you’ll connect with all our students, introducing them to new artistic experiences and helping them see the world in new ways.
If you’re passionate about art, love working with kids, and thrive on creating fun, interactive learning experiences, we’d love to see you roll with us!
