Role Overview
Equipped with creative planning and writing skills, the Content Strategist is responsible for various content-related tasks ranging from UX writing to promotion, branding, translation, and proofreading. You will provide communication strategies for various customer touchpoints and deliver high quality content to improve customer experience and achieve business goals. In this process, you will lead coordination between diverse stakeholders from product, design, tech, research, marketing, and legal areas. Additionally, you will drive process improvements that enhance efficiency of content tasks and lead preparation and distribution of guidelines.
Basic Qualifications
Plan and implement high-quality content considering customer journey and scalability
Propose effective communication strategies that can help attain business goals and solve problems faced by customers.
Support localization of the core product and proofreading of content, by taking part in translation, glossary creation, and development of a localization guide.
When necessary, lead a project independently and make decisions on the priority.
During the content production process, lead cooperation with stakeholders from various teams such as Product, Marketing, Legal, etc. and set up a collaboration process as needed.
Constantly update and distribute communication guidelines to control and enhance the quality of our content.
Create a framework for effective content strategies and writing methodologies and disseminate them for other teams to use.
Use business success stories to demonstrate the roles and values of content strategists both inside and outside the team and expand your influence
Basic Qualifications
Native-level English writing and speaking skills and experience in producing global content
Bachelor’s degree on English Language and Literature, Media, Marketing, Advertisement, Journalism, Business, Design, or equivalent experiences
Outstanding portfolio demonstrating expert writing skills in English, in areas like UX writing, copywriting, and article writing, as well as experience in running a blog/social media account and producing content
8+ years of relevant work experience
Ability to produce writing guidelines and presentations
Ability to clearly understand requirements and fulfill them through long or short written content
Experience of closely collaborating with various internal teams across the company and outsourcing vendors to lead and accomplish projects
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with various teams in a fast-growing environment
Understanding in product design
Experience in driving a project from end to end, leveraging insights from both qualitative and quantitative data
Experience in leading various stakeholders and operating and managing complex project
Experience working in the IT or e-commerce industry
Proficient in Traditional and Mandarin Chinese
Ability to communicate in Korean
