As a Senior Engineering Technician at SRC, Inc., you will play an integral role in the development, support and limited production of cutting edge technologies designed to keep America and its allies safe. You will work closely with Engineers and Technicians on test, troubleshooting, assembly and fabrication of complex electrical and mechanical systems and subsystems. As a Senior Technician you will work on complex tasking and mentor colleagues.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $82,000 to $104,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs. SRC offers competitive benefit options, including a 10% company retirement contribution, low cost health care options, 20 days PTO yearly with an additional 8 paid holidays. Technicians at SRC are eligible for over time at 1.5 times their regular rate. This is a first shift position.
