At Delivery Experience, we build the technology we need to make Allegro deliveries easy, cheap, quick, and reliable.
We take care of the critical services along the Allegro purchase pathway and parcel delivery. We build tools that support this and enable the development of logistics infrastructure. Our key services are responsible, among others, for:
- support the purchase on the platform in respect of estimating delivery time and selecting the most convenient delivery method
- providing tools for Merchants regarding parcel dispatch
- monitoring the delivery, integrations with carriers and financial operations
- carrying out the post purchase processes, i.e. returns
Delivery Experience is one of the fastest-growing areas where we implement new, complex and ambitious projects aiming to build strong logistic solutions on Polish and International markets.
