Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Engineering Support Specialist to support our team in Pensacola, FL.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
How Role Will Make an Impact:
- Research, analyze, test and evaluate current and future technology alternatives against, cost, schedule, risk, and functional requirements to support technology modernization for training management and delivery.
- Develop and document Business Case Analysis (BCA), Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), and other pertinent research and analysis reports based on various technology analysis.
- Plan, develop, and participate in RRL-IT technology insertion/implementation of capabilities supporting the MyNavy HR Learning Stack and training delivery, using Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
- Interface with NETC/NMCI technical teams to verify technical designs are compatible with current and planned NETC infrastructure and architecture.
- Coordinate with technical support representatives for troubleshooting, analysis, testing, and corrective actions on equipment and software components.
- Perform analysis and specifications of cloud environment computing resource needs.
- Perform testing, including planning, executing, evaluating and documenting results.
- Provide subject matter expertise in modern technology areas to include Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML).
What You Will Need To Have To Join Our Award-Winning Team:
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
- Bachelors Degree in related field and 3 years of relevant experience.
