ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
- Implement Digital transformation
- Analyze current production data
- Determine the best options for process improvement tactics
- Production improvement
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in industrial engineering, Manufacturing technology or related field required.
- A minimum 2 years' experience in Industial engineering field or related field
- Basic knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards
- Basic knowledge in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability.
- Working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications.
PREFERRED:
- Experience in continuous improvement
- Experience in ASP.net with C# language.
- Knowledge of database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Basic Lean knowledge or MS SQL
SKILLS:
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Data Analytics, Statistical Analysis.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
