You will:
-Assess and improve operational procedures foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
-Engineering organizational communicationsAnalyze data, reporting and recommendations to engineering leadership
-Focus on cost optimization and margin improvements
-Report to the Director of Engineering operations
You have:
-Experience working in cross functional capacity
-Experience in operations project / program managementExperience working with engineering operational data analysis and reporting
-Motivation to learn and contribute to engineering processAbility to Innovate and refine processes and framework for optimization
