We have an exciting opportunity to join our Engineering team in Poland and are currently looking for an Engineering Manager to join the team. 

As an Engineering Manager, you will provide line management and technical leadership while delivering quality infrastructure solutions.

Tech we use:

The main technologies you will use include AWS, Kubernetes, DynamoDB and Kafka.

What you will bring to the role:

• Proven experience with AWS or other cloud-based architectures.
• Familiarity with DynamoDB, Kafka, or related databases and streaming services.
• Ability to lead and build teams for scalability and performance.
• Ability to implement, coach and share their strong understanding of application architecture.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
