About you
You are a product minded-engineering leader, that looks to both create product opportunities, as well as lead the team to execute on them. You know what it takes to get a team of engineers all rowing in the same direction, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to turn goals and ideas into reality. You drive a culture of engineering excellence, and work collaboratively across the company to complete the product feedback loop from customers.
