🌟Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Guide and support a team of engineers in implementing high-quality, reliable, and scalable Scan solutions.
  • Project planning :  Lead the effective planning and execution of engineering projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously improve system performance and efficiency by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, especially in relation to data processing and database management.
  • Feature Development: Oversee the development and deployment of new features, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and adherence to technical standards.
  • Innovation & Technology Adoption: Drive the adoption of new technologies, frameworks, and processes to ensure the solution remains competitive and state-of-the-art.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the QA, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure seamless delivery and integration of new functionalities.
  • Technical Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, processes, and best practices.

🦸‍♀️ Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in engineering leadership role, with a strong focus on technical leadership and project management in a development-focused team.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in .NET and Kotlin programming languages, as well as experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud technologies (like kubernetes).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing data pipelines, database performance, and processing speed for large-scale applications.
  • Agility & Flexibility: Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Team Player: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive attitude towards team success.
