As an Engineering Manager within our Product Foundation Tribe at Scalable Capital, you'll be pivotal in leading a team of talented engineers. Your leadership will directly influence our foundational components, from user authentication to client onboarding and internal back office systems.

In this role, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, driving technical and operational excellence.

- Previous experience as a backend developer, preferrably for cloud infrastructures / event-based asynchronous architectures.
- Leadership experience in an engineering management role, preferably in a fintech or fast-paced tech environment, is beneficial.
- Strong technical background with an understanding of software development processes and challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
