- Practise situational leadership between coaching, project management, technical management and people management
- Promote team’s self-organization and ownership making sure that commitments are met and deliveries are made on time with an excellent quality
- Take care of people management responsibilities including goal setting, performance reviews, salary reviews, competence development and recruitment

- Are a structured “people person” with an ability to understand and participate in technical discussions
- Possess high-end leadership skills with a coaching mindset

- Can quickly gain a good high-level grasp of complex environments and collaborate effectively with other teams
- Are fluent in English
