We are looking for a highly technical engineering manager to lead our web team. You’ll lead a talented five-person team in developing the core of Mutiny’s product: a website editor and a client that runs on our customer’s websites to deliver personalization. This is player-coach role: you'll spend 60% of your time working side-by-side with one of our founding engineers to become an expert in our technology and design and implement it's future. You'll spend the other 40% of your time collaborating with our head of engineering to hone your management skills and build a happy and high-performing team.
As the manager of our web team, you'll be at the forefront of frontend development. Our team works on many interesting and challenging technical problems as we interface with 100s of B2B websites. You'll lead an experienced team with 2+ years tenure at Mutiny so your role will be to inspire the team by leading by example and to create an environment where all team members are motivated, performing their best, and consistently growing. Mutiny is proud to offer a competitive compensation package to all full-time employees, including base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated salary range for this role for US-based employees is $180,000 - $215,000.
