What You’ll Do
Build and grow a team of talented software engineers and technical leaders
Work with the product/domain teams to provide the best value for the customers, and communicate solutions with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Own the end-to-end delivery of software, including monitoring applications performance and incident management of production issues
Care deeply about your team, taking the time to understand what motivates each person, learn how they operate most effectively, work together on their areas for development and help them develop and grow
