We’re hoping that you, an Engineering Manager a few years into your management career, can come help us drive our team to new heights. You’ll mentor our talented frontend and backend engineers, partner with our senior engineers on project execution, work directly with our smart product managers to define roadmaps, coordinate the team’s work with other engineering managers, and build a strong culture together with everyone on the team.
We build our services on the JVM using Java and on the .NET platform using C#. Our data is stored in SQL and NoSQL databases. Our frontend applications are written in modern React with Hooks and Redux using TypeScript. Our services run on an in-house Kubernetes cluster for large-scale distributed applications.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this remote Canada based role is $130,000-$160,000 CAD.
In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: annual cash bonus, equity grant; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.
