As the Engineering Manager for our Payments team, you will be at the forefront of our mission, responsible for leading and empowering a dynamic and diverse engineering team dedicated to delivering innovative payment solutions. You will be the driving force behind the technical excellence, personal growth, and way of working within your team. If you're a visionary leader with a passion for engineering and driving the transition to electric mobility, this role is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact. You will take overall responsibility for hiring, team management, agile project management, and the development and quality of this project. You will be working closely with Product Management, fellow Engineering Managers, and the Management Team to align on team goals and collaboration and shape our collective technical vision. This position reports to the Head of Engineering.
