Engineering Manager
Live shows make us feel good. They’re a time to hang with our friends, discover new artists or lose ourselves on a dancefloor. We’re on a mission to bring all of this to more fans, more often – and that’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to join our Product & Engineering department, to take ownership of a talented and diverse team composed of Frontend, Backend and QA Engineers.
If you are motivated to deliver incremental business value for our fans and partners, and drive engineering excellence whilst keeping both near & longer-term objectives in balance, we invite you to join DICE. It’s a place where you can be yourself, influence the culture, and create work that you’re proud of.
About the Role
As an Engineering Manager, you will be part of our exceptional Leadership team who shall support you. You'll be responsible for driving the deliverables and health of a cross-functional distributed team which owns one of our core products. And, in partnership with Product and Design, shall contribute to our continued success in redefining live entertainment with innovative solutions.

Our benefits
We recognise the benefits of hybrid working, and want to create the best balance to ensure we can continue working together effectively. For our UK team, we have a hybrid work policy of three days in the office and two days from anywhere. You can chat about your specific team’s days and expectations during the interview process.
Application process
Our process usually involves a quick chat on the phone, a conversation with our Head of Engineering, a portfolio review or task and a couple of interviews where you’ll meet the people you’ll work with. We’ll keep you fully informed along the way.
