As a member of the Data Platforms Team you will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive the culture and tone for how your team defines success both in how they support each other and how they enable the rest of CoreWeave.
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to align data platform goals with overall business objectives.

  • Enable the team to engineer solutions for providing managed data platforms that are reliable and scale efficiently.
  • Champion the adoption of best practices for data management to drive an organizational data platform and stream processing strategy.

  • You have six or more years of experience in a software or infrastructure engineering industry.

  • You have experience with building and/or leading teams of diverse individuals.

  • You possess a servant leadership mindset that extends beyond you to your peers, leaders, and consumers.
  • You have prior experience with distributed datastores such as CockroachDB, TiDB and/or stream processing tools such as NATS or KAFKA.
  • You have prior experience operating datastores at scale.
  • You have prior experience in helping teams translate their use cases into requirements for products.
  • You have some prior experience as an engineer with operational responsibilities and can guide the development of a program for reliability, scalability of solutions for engineering teams and our customers.
