Main Purpose
- Lead the Connectivity / Interoperability engineering team to design, plan, develop and operate our Public APIs & Connector platform as well as the interoperability and data integration between our internal applications, with services built with ASP.NET Core and Mulesoft with the plan to port all services to ASP.NET Core
Main Responsibilities
- Design, Develop and Operate the Public API to expose a set of functionalities from our various products (Translation Management Systems, Computer Assisted Translation Tools, Machine Translation, AI Services…).
- Design, Develop and Operate the automation platform powering Acolad’ connectors strategy and the new AI-powered services driving Acolad’ growth strategy.
- Lead the design of connectors to enable the continuous translation lifecycle: identify and prioritize connectors with customer-facing teams (Sales, GPS, BS, …).
- Lead the Connectivity roadmap with the help of product owners and ensure that the connectors built on top of the APIs are well supported.
- Plan and drive the transition from Mulesoft to a .NET-based stack for data integration and application interoperability pipelines.
- Manage an international team of Software Engineers experts on C#/React and Mulesoft.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure that the roadmap is well balanced between external Connectivity priorities and internal data integration needs.
- Set up and curate the complete internal and external document repository.
- Support the pre-sales team in communicating with customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or MsC / Software Development or equivalent professional experience as an Engineering Manager
- +5 years of relevant software development related experience. Strong technical background preferred.
- Strong technical expertise on .NET is preferred.
- Technical experience with Mulesoft is preferred.
