  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Strategy:
  • Define and implement the strategic vision and goals for the Engineering CoE across various disciplines of modern application development.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain best practices, standards, and methodologies for engineering projects.
  • Technology & Innovation:
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance the company's technical capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Partner with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance during client engagements, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in engineering, providing thought leadership and strategic insights.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Develop training programs and initiatives to upskill team members and promote professional growth.

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical expertise in enterprise application development, cloud native application development etc.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex engineering projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
