As an Engagement Manager, you will collaborate with a Principal Consultant or other Consultants to assist Fortune 500 Companies and well-established Startups in thriving within the Digital Economy.
💪 What will your day-to-day look like?
Given our lean structure, you will work closely with a REBORRN Partner or Principal Consultant, playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement. A big part of your role will involve developing and executing marketing/ CX strategies for large clients, with a focus on optimising customer journeys, enhancing marketing performance, and making data-driven decisions.
Some specific tasks include:
Leading multiple client engagements, managing at least 2-3 projects in parallel with team support.
Taking the initiative to foster team growth and actively contributing to REBORRN initiatives.
Continuously developing your subject matter expertise and bringing external insights to clients and REBORRN, such as through thought leadership pieces or internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
Crafting and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, nurture leads, and drive customer acquisition and retention, including designing effective strategies for key consumer-facing programs like referral and loyalty initiatives.
Conducting stakeholder interviews to gather critical project information and understand the challenge at hand.
Facilitating physical or virtual workshops with the aim of aligning teams towards a common goal or helping them break new ground in their field.
Visualising complex customer journeys with the goal of improving the customer experience of a product or service.
Providing recommendations on reducing churn and early-late user abandonment.
Auditing and improving performance on multiple aspects of a client’s marketing funnel
Conducting academic research and synthesising findings to create a document/presentation including data collection and management for large clients both within and outside the EU.
Developing and presenting detailed reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders, outlining potential solutions and the expected impact.

👨💻 REBORRN’s Working Model
We operate on a hybrid work model and stimulate effective collaboration by meeting up in our offices at least twice per week. If you’re not based in Athens, you’ll join all-hands in person once a month. In this role you will be expected to travel several times per year for client engagements that require your physical presence.
